      What have you eaten today?

      Thought I'd start this for anyone interested in being healthier, preggo or not! I reckon writing it down for all to see forces you to eat healthier so that you don't have to be too mortified telling everyone what you've been stuffing your face with

      Anyway, I'll start!

      Yesterday:

      Breakfast: Slice of buttered toast
      Lunch: Tuna Mayo on two more slices of toast
      Dinner: Thai vegetable stir fry

      Snacks: A pretend magnum

      Today:

      Breakfast: Slice of buttered toast
      Lunch: Pasta Salad
      Dinner: Chicken Balti

      Snacks: None yet, but probably crackers of some kind...

      Oh dear.. I need to do this tbh..

      Yesterday -
      Breakfast: 2 slices of toast & nutella
      Lunch: tuna Mayo & sweetcorn cob/barm cake/roll/whatever other weird thing you lot call it and a double decker
      Dinner: salmon, roasted root veg & a poached egg
      Snacks: 2 homemade chocolates and a handful of breadsticks

      Today -
      Breakfast: porridge
      Lunch: some breadsticks, a couple of homemade choccys and a coffee
      Dinner: not had it yet, not sure what we're having.

      Today

      Breakfast - muesli

      Lunch - Tuscan chicken soup and toasted bagel

      Dinner - breaded haddock mash and kale

      Snack - choc digestives

      Ah crapbags.

      Yesterday:

      Breakfast - coco pops
      Lunch - 2 slices of cheese on toast
      Dinner - Bowl of coco pops and bag of monster munch :/

      Snacks over the day - 4 choc digestives, half a banana, bag of monster munch
      Drinks - Lemonade and Apple Juice

      Today:

      Lunch - 2 slices of toast, 1 with philadelphia and 1 with sliced cheese
      Dinner - none yet, not hungry. might have egg and beans..

      snacks - Bit of homemade carrot cake, 2 choc digestives

      Im crap just now
      drinks - Tea and Lemonade

      I can't remember what I had yesterday

      Today I had

      2 slices toast with egg mayo
      A ginger bread man
      Another 2 slices toast with egg mayo (im addicted at the mo)
      Southern fried chicken steak with cheesy mash and corn on the cob
      4 squares of chocolate
      A couple of cherry tomatoes

      Not the best but it's not terrible either.

      @Fievel toast& egg mayo is amazing even better with tomatoes & black pepper. yum.

      my diet is pretty crap most days so this might be good for me
      yesterday:
      breakfast- toast with marmite on
      lunch- fruit soda bread with butter on
      dinner-beef stew
      snacks-biscuits, packet of crisps

      today:
      breakfast-nothing (too busy!)
      lunch-brown bread, ham and tomato sandwich
      dinner-not had anything yet
      snacks-so far popcorn we made earlier and choccies

      Cant remember yesterday but today looks LOADS written down

      Breakfast: cereal bar strawberry yoghurt and a cup of tea.

      Mid morning snack: chocolate brownie

      Lunch: spicy chicken pasta, fresh fruit salad (shared with yumi) and water

      Afternoon snack: 3 digestive bics packet of hula hoops and a cup of tea

      Dinner: two spicy lamb kebab skewers, potato wedges peas and mayonnaise. More water

      OK have put on 1 stone and need to get a grip! here is what i had today and need to get some healthy eating on the go

      No breakfast
      2 coffees
      3 teas
      Tuna and pesto salad YAY!
      4 cheese biscuits sounds like nothing but me and izzy made them (from the dora magazine ) and we made 5. the ingredients were 25g butter 50g flour 100g cheese!!! OMG How embarrassing
      Not had tea yet

      Ok That is bad but i PROMISE to get my arse into gear 3 meals a day veg, fruit the works x
