      Fed up!

I'm cd26/cd1 after pink spotting for two days another early period has arrived. This is the second in 12months like this. I saw Dr yesterday re my thyroid and as of my last bloods in Sept all was in normal levels!

I have no idea why things are taking so long again and f-ing me around. I'm so upset right now I haven't got the right frame of mind to take q to our usual toddler group as I'm very upset and don't like causing a scene.
Also getting irritated with my phone trying to correct the junk my fat fingers keep typing.

Y the fcuk cant I just be normal! Just for once in my dam life!

I'm half tempted to go back to drs again today but can't be arsed with the wait (waited 1hr15 after apt time yesterday for Dr and q gets very fed up)

Any ideas anyone? I really feel like my moods are making q suffer now!

I always found getting proactive really helped my mind frame. What about things like a complete overhaul of your diet - make it your mission to eat as healthily as you can, incorporating tons of fruit, veg, lentils, pulses, oily fish etc... Don't forget lots of greens as well.

Make sure you get plenty of exercise. Try and take Q out for at least a 30 minute walk every day.

It sounds like a bit of a faff but these two things made the absolute WORLD of difference to my mindset after two years of trying for Sophie. It was the only time in my life I've managed to get exercise into my day EVERY DAY because I was so desperate for another baby that if someone had suggested that standing on my head for five hours every day, naked, while chanting scripture would have made a difference, I'd have likely given it a good shot! Personally, my problem was that I had a low grade uterine infection and as such irregular periods and prolonged spotting. I got some antibiotics in conjunction with this healthy lifestyle and was pregnant within the first month. I sadly miscarried but fell pregnant again the first cycle after a D&C. Was trying for well over two years and then achieved two pregnancies in two months!

Anything is worth a shot. I'd also consider things like acupuncture if you've got scope in your budget... I've got a friend who absolutely SWEARS by it!

honey. Being desperate for a baby and it just not happening is just hideous. I've lived some pretty gruesome stuff in my time but I honestly feel that those two years of constant BFNs and heartache were quite possibly the hardest of my life. Sending truckloads of baby dust your way! I hope it finds it's way to you swiftly x

Thanks for such a fab reply mmo4 soon to be 5!

I've treated myself to my eyebrows being done, and brought a few naughty treats.

Spoke to dh who is away all week on a course and he told me to start tempting again if I think it will help. At least then it will allow me some way of monitoring my cycles a bit closer as my next set of bloods may put me on the referral to specialist route again. Having discussed my Lp with the Dr this week she actually responded this time.

I have plans to exercise I got a new Kinect workout DVD a couple of weeks ago but have struggled with my motivation, with the Dr assessing me as borderline depressed I need to get myself motivated somehow!

Just took your advice went for a walk. It's cleared my head a bit now.

I did a little more thyroid research, I'm trying hard to understand the affect it has on me and my wellbeing. Everything about my tsh levels suggests I should feel like the average person.

However the level I don't have my t3 level may be the cause of my issues not being treated properly. I need to push for my t3 result to come back with my next bloods. I can't keep going like this!

Apparently my bbt can also highlight thyroid issues as well so I now have a greater purpose to do them! My general wellness!

Yeah, definitely push for your T3 results!!! I've also read stuff recently that many people on the lower end of normal will feel many of the effects too so make sure you get those results and discuss if they are particularly up one end of "normal"

now i'm on my lappy i can do some likes now.

i have that i'm so up and down at the mo! i never used to be like this - i used to be a very stable person and i seldom had mood swing or pms! now i'm like a frigging yo-yo! low in the morning, then high then sink down deep again in to a log type sleep then back to square one! i'm tired, un-motivated, i try to get myself going so i do have an awareness of it! and work just happens like i'm swapping my head over!

i really don't want to look into depression on the 'tinter web as i'm worried that i will worry myself. i'd rather focus on my thyroid being the contributing factor first before digging any deeper!

      thanks for your support ladies!
