I've been forced into being healthy! My body has decided, after years of fighting dairy intolerance, that it will now make me very ill if I keep it up, same with fruit juice, fizzy drinks, chocolate and so on... so, given that dairy is in pretty much everything else I'm not left with much!
That said, sneaky dairy free chocolate, flat ginger beer and crunchy nut cornflakes with rice/soya milk are still doable!
