http://www.dazzlejunction.com Has blinkies but I'm not sure on changing words on that one (easy to set up though and there is some nice glitter text there too)
I had a look at other sites but couldn't find one that didn't involve putting code together/downloading programs so didn't want to post in case they had viruses or something.
Hope it helps? (and cheers - now I've got something new to look for at "how to do" on the net
I was wondering what I was going to do whilst awake at this stupid time of the morning....)

Happy, thanks, I think I've looked at dazzlejunction before and couldn't figure out how to change words.
Jospots, I want to make my own and play rather than have someone make one for me IYKWIM. I was hoping one of the creative siggy people knew where I could go for the software or whatever it is i need.

I think you need photoshop hun which is pretty pricey software. Gimp is similar but free, though I always find it impossibly difficult! X

You pretty much need Photoshop or something similar. You can do blinks in Photoshop elements which is cheaper, but it's not as easy as doing it in full PS. About an hour vs 5 minutes animating it!! Paint pro is another programme but still fairly dear.
Random words, cut off messages? That'll be me on Tapatalk

I've just looked at the price, why is it so expensive? I saw the student/teacher edition but you need proof to get the serial number
There is a free trial but the links don't work

Neither of them work for me
ETA they do work in chrome but not IE, time to empty cookies and stuff again I suppose.
