I'm in! I'm not full on dieting as I'm BFing but I'm reducing portion sizes and making healthier choices and hoping to lose about 4 stone.
I'm currently 3lbs above what I was at 8 weeks pregnant (I weighed more pre-pregnancy, so am using 8 weeks as the marker) which is a good start! I've still some water weight to lose so imagine those 3lbs will be gone by next week and then I can work on the other 4 stone...

I really need to get back into this. I think I've put on about 5lb recently, but I don't want to step on the scales in case it's more!

I'm still plodding along, 14 stone 4 now...have been for a few weeks. Need to do some exercise!

@phdmum - I did some on wednesday for the first time since I got back from holiday
Forgot how much fun it was so I'm gonna FORCE myself to do it everyday this week!

I just did half an hour of Zumba and now I'm sitting here, trying not to throw up
Think I overdid it a bit...If I don't lose at least 1 tiny pound this week, I won't be best pleased!

Well, today I'm about 1lb under my 8 week pregnancy weight... I seem to be losing about 2lbs per day atm despite feeding my face so am thinking I'm still losing baby weight, I'm walking loads more again and BFing too.
Hopefully this will continue for a bit and I'll get a good head start on this weight loss business!
