The Chinese next door to my work does amazing chicken balls... And, we get them cheap (like £2... Or £3 with fried rice, chips and a tub of sauce) or occasionally free! Awesome.
I don't think they'd be hard to make, but you would need a deep fat fryer...

To be fair though, if we learned how to make those and a good satay sauce, I'd probably become the fattest person in the history of the universe...

Don't worry about being "too generous" with ingredients. The more you chuck in of each sauce the better really! You'll need to be generous with the sesame oil on the noodles as that really adds a lot of flavour!
Hope you enjoy it! The ingredients last a good while too. At least 4-5 batches! X
